| This is a bow for tenor or bass gamba or maybe baroque cello. It was made by Arthur Bultitude in 1962 and bears his stamp under the frog. That was shortly after he left the Hill firm. It is a beautifully fluted pernambuco stick, with a dark reddish finish, and a beautiful ivory frog. The hair is good. Please email me for photos. Will consider trade for traditional violin or cello bow of comparable value. |
